Wauconda Tool & Engineering has been selected by Delphi Automotive as a "Lean Manufacturing" candidate. The selection is based upon a proven track record of lean performance and is designed to take a Delphi supplier to the highest levels of lean implementation. Delphi has completed an onsite audit and has confirmed Wauconda’s level of performance and commitment to the lean philosophy. Delphi’s lean team has identified two areas for improvement and will now allocate onsite resources to train Wauconda’s team in the Delphi methodology. Once successfully implemented; Wauconda will be placed on Delphi’s preferred supplier list.
